Implementing Omni-channel marketing and customizing content based on customer attributes is challenging, exploring those challenges and how to overcome them is something we want to highlight. Additionally, tracking the effectiveness of th‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌e Omni-channel marketing approach, where a variety of mediums and personalized content may drive consumer behavior to purchase is difficult, which medium is attributed with the sale (i.e. the last channel that drove a purchase, or the multitude of channels that led to the sale). Exploring these challenges and effective strategies to overcome would be an important focus of the paper‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌.
