Wellness Program Example: Use the name of the company as the title of your thread.
* Employee wellness program experts must familiarize themselves with the types of programs other companies offer. Research an existing wellness program such as Target, Kaiser, Pepsi Co., or Disneyland and summarize the program using the guide below:
1. Company information: Name of the company, overview of the services the company offers (not the wellness program), and overall company size.
2. Briefly describe the employee wellness program including the goal(s), activities they offer their employees, participation rate and incentives for joining the program. If no incentives are offered, state this in your post.
3. If you worked for this company, would you join the program? Explain why or why not.
4. Which of the wellness program components could you implement into the program your group is planning and why did you choose those?
