Leading Teams

** Hello, the professor is familiar with my work so I would like just a draft from the writer so I can add in my own diction and syntax to make it seem more like my own work at the end. so it doesn’t need to be a perfect prepared piece. I also have four more papers in the same format of upper leadership in business if you’re available.

The purpose of Reflection paper #3 is to “make meaning” of what you learned about leading teams, being an ideal team member, Tuckman’s 5 stages of team development, and how to build a high-performance team. What did you learn from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team book and course videos? Here is a quick summary of the 5 Dysfunctions if you need a refresher from Patrick Lencioni. https://www.tablegroup.com/topics-and-resources/teamwork-5-dysfunctions/#teamvideo (Links to an external site.)

(Links to an external site.)Most of your future work will be done in teams and since teams are made up of imperfect human beings, they are inherently dysfunctional. High-Performance teamwork continues to be an elusive goal for most teams in most organizations. If teamwork is the ultimate competitive advantage, how do you overcome team dysfunctions, so a team can achieve more than individuals ever imagined? How do the best teams navigate the five stages of team development according to the Tuckman model: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning? Do not answer these specific prompts, answer the questions below.

Purpose: Leadership, Change, and Innovation are very broad topics, so it is critical that you take the time to think and reflect on the content we will review in class. The idea in the academic world is to take a moment to debrief, reflect, and make meaning of your learning that occurred. In other words, it is not just an opportunity to reflect, but to reflect on what really mattered to you in this module.

Write out the precise questions at the beginning of each paragraph/section so I can follow your paper clearly. Use double-space, 12-inch font, and 3-4 pages minimum.

Provide a brief overview of the content in this module on building high-performance teams, increasing team member engagement, leading teams, and being an effective team member.
As a direct result of reading the Five Dysfunctions book, and reviewing course content, what did you specifically learn that you can apply to your current or future workplace teams to make your teams more effective? Support with specific details and examples that connect to your personal team experiences. What will you specifically do differently as a team leader or team member?
Comment on Kathryn’s decision to move Mikey off the team in the 5 dysfunctions book. Mikey was a marketing and brand-building genius. Do you agree or disagree with Kathryn’s decision to move Mikey off the team? Explain why or why not. Have you experienced anything similar on any of your teams with talented but difficult team members?
Describe how high-performance teams from your life experiences successfully navigated the Storming phase of team development? (Tuckman’s 5 stages of team development.) Tell one story. (Class team project, sports team, school organization team, dorm team, work team, internship team, church team, volunteer team, etc.)
Review 1-2 personal strengths and weaknesses that became clearer to you through this module on teamwork. What skills will you work on to become a more effective team leader and team member in the future?
Describe one high-performance team you see in the Bible. Why did that team perform so well?
Based on your own effort and quality of the paper, what grade from 1 100 would you give yourself for this critical reflection paper? This grade should be based on your time spent reflecting and effort to make meaning of your learning.
