Health Rankings are based on a model of population health that emphasizes the many factors. Visit the website countyhealthrankings.org and search for Iowa. Click on State Overview to view a map of all of the states counties. Hover over the Overall Rankings in Health Outcomes interactive map to find a high-ranking county (the highest ranking number will be equivalent to the county with the worst health outcomes). Click one of the viewed counties and find the health behavior that is ranked highest in the selected county; this is the health behavior that is currently having the greatest impact (this should be the behavior with the HIGHEST listed percentage). Address the following key items and individually post your responses on the discussion board:
