Explain how the civil war in Somalia had two different outcomes. How the civil war creates the rebirth of Somaliland which is stable and has a democratic government and fighting to be internationally recognised.
while Somalia was unstable for 20 years with the failed foreign inventions, with Islamic groups taking over the country. How can a single civil war have two different results?
I will use qualitative and quantitative methods, I will interview Somali individuals asking them why a single war has created so much division, why Somalia has failed to be a fully stable country with democracy while Somaliland has achieved a stable state and government without international recognition?? and what can and should be done to create space for intervention?
