1. Papers must be submitted either as a World document (.doc or .docx) or
Rich Text Format (.rtf) or PDF file (.pdf)
2. Margins: Use 1-inch margins for the top, right, and left sides. The bottom
margin cannot be more than 1 inches.
3. The paper must be double-spaced.
4. You must use Times New Roman fonts only; font size is to be 12.
4. In addition to the specified page numbers for the body of the paper, there
must be a title page and Works Cited/Bibliography page, none of which are to
be included in the page requirements. Example: A paper that is to be 5-7
pages must be at least full five pages, not 4 or 4 pages, and not include
title and bibliography. Please follow the APA Citation Style, i.e. (author, year,
pg. #). Under citation guidelines you have a link to the Purdue Online
Writing Lab showing you how to use APA Citation Style format.
5. Do not use endnote or footnote for any paper you do for this course. If
another professor uses an endnote or footnote, that is their prerogative. In my
class, I required that any quote(s) or paraphrase(s) be cited in the text, i.e.
(author, page #). You must also have a bibliography/works cited page which
follows APA format: Author, A.A. (Year of Publication). Title of Work.
