The benefit of soluble and insoluble fibers are different but each plays an important role. During this activity you will select high fiber foods that meet your DRI and identify the kind of fiber (soluble or insoluble) provided in those foods. .
Directions:
Select at least five foods that together, would provide over 25 grams of fiber/day.
