6-page paper, no abstract needed. This will be an argument-driven paper. I have attached the sources I found helpful. My thought process for the paper was to show how even though the practices on the dead seemed barbaric in nature, the Egyptians had extensive rituals, strong religious beliefs, and respect for the dead and the afterlife. Parts of the paper can be about the Osiris and Anubis and their respective mythological backgrounds, the mummification process, regular burial rites, and what the Egyptians thought the afterlife was like.
