TAKE-HOME EXAMINATION FOR ICA AND COURTS
INSTRUCTIONS: This is an open-book, open-source exam. Accordingly, in developing your answers you may perform research beyond the materials distributed in class although the questions below deal with issues and sources of law we examined during the course.
This is not a group or joint project. You must do your homework and not coordinate with others in preparing your answers. You will be graded on the extent to which you answer the question thoroughly and with precision while citing relevant sources and avoiding extraneous discussion.
Observe word limits. If you have questions, direct them to the professor, except as to the method of exam submission (concerning which, contact the Straus Institute). If you find typographical errors, make reasonable assumptions and proceed. If true ambiguity exists, alert the professor, who will make corrections and clarifications.
Thank you for wonderful course. Every good wish for your further endeavors.
