The Executive
Summary needed more attention; more
information on consumer needs, wants, and preferences was needed.
Also, a brief mention of your recommendation was needed. The main
function of the ES is to briefly present the most important points
and findings. The ES is sometimes all that the busy executives read
in a report.
Paper was on the generic
side and needed more information on the consumer habits, tastes,
wants, and preferences in each of the three countries.
Much more support
was needed. Some paragraphs were
supported by one source only (or none). Also, there was an
over-reliance on some sources. More support was needed to provide the
needed consumer specifics; especially Germany and the UK which were
supported by two sources only. Aim at supporting each paragraph with
at least two different sources to create new knowledge.
Little research;
refer to this UMGC library link for more sources to obtain the needed
consumer specifics: https://libguides.umgc.edu/mba640
The Value Proposition and
Recommendation should have been included in the report and not
separately.
The
value proposition
should have been more to the point; it is your message to the
consumers. More features/benefits were needed; consumers buy
benefits, not features. Each feature and its benefit should have been
discussed for each market. This is your message to the consumers; you
are addressing them directly! Basically, what value does it offer the
consumers and compel them to buy it?
A
clear-cut recommendation for
market entry (by country) was needed; Go/No
Go, plus rationale.
More headings and
subheadings were needed to improve the paper’s readability.
