How can parents instill, even if unintentionally, racial, ethnic, or religious prejudice in their children?
Should the police and/or the courts take this into consideration under circum¬stances like the one outlined above?
How can schools, police, and other social and government institutions educate and help prevent such acts against persons of different ethnic or racial backgrounds?
What would be a just outcome to this case using the principles and criteria that we have learned so far in our Juvenile Justice course.
