1) a brief but thorough summary of each of the readings from that week, 2) the big idea you pulled from the week’s readings, and 3) a reason or two stating why it’s important and/or controversial. The reading response should be split into roughly two sections: the first is the summary of the readings while the second section should be an analysis of them where you will include what you think the big idea is from that week and why the material is important. Also, think about how the readings relate to each other.
