a. Please describe the systems that this child or young person is connected to/impacted by. What are the various micro, meso, and macro issues that are impacting this young person? In what ways are they shaping the individual’s sense of themselves and their world?
b. What are some of the risks (-) and protective (+) factors that are present in this person’s life? How are they adapting/coping?
c. If this young person came to your office for help, what would you want to be aware of in terms of their developmental phase, based on the readings from this semester? Which theories do you feel are most fitting and why?
d. If you were working with this client, what advantages (your strengths) and challenges (areas for professional growth) do you bring, specifically, to engaging and working with them in a therapeutic milieu?
