Test results and symptomatic presentation rule out Acute Posthemorrhagic Anemia, Aplastic Anemia, and Atypical Myocardial Infarction. No traumatic injury, respiratory, or GI concerns reported. Recent X-Ray indicates pneumonia diagnosed three months prior has resolved completely. Test results indicate that symptom is caused by B12 deficiency. |
