This is because the company prioritized benefits, promoted diversity, and invested in its employees.With studies like the previous ones of companies that are doing well, the importance of employee loyalty is shown since employee loyalty is a crucial factor determining the success or failure of any organisation. And it’s also essential to learn how companies can use effective employee retention strategies to improve the employee loyalty.
