A social media audit is a process of reviewing what’s working, what’s failing, and what can be improved upon across the organization’s social media channels. Then present the findings of the audit in a digital storytelling presentation. Multi-media tools, such as Adobe Spark, can be used for this task.
Need to decide on a real-world organization to complete this assignment. (Organisation has to be from Singapore and small or medium-sized enterprise SME) Once an organization has been selected, you are required to consult the workshop facilitator for approval.
