Task:
Students will undertake an assessment of the current strategic revenue mix of a selected case organisation (select your own appropriate sport, event, or not-for-profit organisation. You must be able to access the organisations annual report online and include a link in your submission).
The report should include a critical analysis of how well the various revenue streams respond to the organisation’s needs for fundraising and revenue generation. Your evaluation must take into account the organisation’s objectives and the ability for their current revenue streams to achieve their objectives. Support your key points with subject readings and your own research, ensuring your refer to academic sources.
