the PM and the team communicate and work with the stakeholders
(key stakeholders and wider stakeholders).
Part 2:-
250 words – Was the project predictive/ adaptive/ hybrid? Was the
decision consciously made? Were the options discussed?
250 words – What are the benefits/ drawbacks of the approach
chosen?
250 words – Would another approach have been more effective?
Why?
250 words – Describe the differences between the approaches. (Make
clear to the person marking the assignment that you understand the
differences between the three approaches.)
Part 3:-
200 words – How was project planning approached? Was there a
process in place? Who worked on project planning? Could it have
been done better? Why/ how?
200 words – Was there a vision statement done? What was included in
it? Why was it done? How did it help? If not done, why not? Would it
have been useful?
200 words – Was there a scope management plan done? What was
included in it? Why was it done? How did it help? If not done, why
not? Would it have been useful? What about a scope statement and/
or WBS? (same questions)
200 words – Was there a communications management plan done?
What was included in it? Why was it done? How did it help? If not
done, why not? Would it have been useful?
200 words – Was there a vision statement done? What was included in

there a process in place? Who managed the monitoring and

managed? Were there processes in place to control these? Why/ why
