Each student will be responsible for a paper that compares and contrasts the U.S health care system to any other country’s health care system of your choice.
Base on your research and evidence, come up with your own conclusions which health care system is the better for the United States. It should be a short research paper, not be merely a recitation of interesting facts. You are to objectively analyze the following aspects:
· Overall Approach (i.e. access to care, services or care provided, etc.)
· Culture, beliefs, and values
· Financing
· Key stakeholders in the health care system
· Pros and cons of each system
Ten points will be deducted from your earned grade for failure to provide sufficient and appropriate sources. Your paper must also follow the guidelines of professional writing and be typed (double-spaced); use a font size of 12, and have 1” margins. Papers that do not adhere to these type/font/margin stipulations will receive a 25 point deduction from their earned grade. Papers that include more than 4 lines of direct quotation (of ANY length) will earn a 50 point deduction.
Note: I started working on different paragraphs. I wrote some information about the United States health care based on some of the required aspects. However, I have not written any information to compare/comstrast it with New Zealand health care system. I would like if you can add on from the information already written, or you can rewrite it. I attached an outline and a unfinished draft for the research paper. Thank you.
