Learning outcomes
1. Explain how working effectively with people in an organization can affect both its commercial viability and its sustainability.
2. Locate and strategically analyze information that will enable informed decisions, grounded in research, in relation to dealing with people in sustainable organizations

ASSESSMENT DESCRIPTION
There are five online quizzes based on the readings for each week. These are all found on the LMS site. Each quiz will contain 20 randomly selected multiple-choice questions from the designated chapters of the required textbook. Students will have 20 minutes to complete each quiz.
