Part two: evaluate your solution.
Evaluate and build out your proposed solutions from your high-level examination from week 3. Provide a specific and realistic solution or change needed to your identified issue. Incorporate the best change model, change theory, change process, change leader, etc. into your solution. Explain why this solution or change was chosen as the best way to resolve your identified issue. Make sure that you support this solution with solid evidence, including:
Concepts from this class (text readings, discussions, interviews, videos, etc.)
Outside research from scholarly sources
Personal experiences in the form of anecdotes

Submit a three to five-page in-depth evaluation of your solution or change. This assignment is submitted in APA format and should include a title page and all cited sources in a reference page at the end of your paper.
