I routinely stain mouse diaphragms for immunofluorescence with antibodies against LYVE1 and CD31 to detect lymphatic and blood vasculature, respectively. These sections are mounted on slides with Prolong Gold Antifade. I would like to strip and re-probe these whole mount tissues with a different combination of antibodies. Haven’t found a protocol for doing so, does anybody know if this is possible?
