Prepare a three- to four-page paper (not including title and reference pages) that addresses the following:
- Evaluate two ways in which commercial real estate can be valued.
- Evaluate two ways in which residential real estate can be valued.
- Analyze why valuation methods differ for both commercial and residential real estate.
This paper should be prepared using APA style, as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center. Students must use two outside scholarly sources (other than text) with proper citation.
