– Thesis/ Research paper studying on digital Brainstorming in University context. Applying the theory of ‘enabling and coercive factors’.
– The purpose of this research is to examine the factors (1) group size, (2) production blocking, (3) evaluation apprehension and (4) process satisfaction that enable or coerce participants during digital brainstorming sessions.
Methods:
– Qualitative methods through online open-end questions in combination with 2 interviews to validate the results.
– Data through online survey has been collected but, 2 interviews are still missing.
