Part 2
Discuss the responsibilities of the project manager and list the skills and abilities you think your project manager should have to successfully manage your project. Brainstorm the anticipated team requirements for your project and consider how you would select and assign members to your team. As part of your deliberations, discuss the team formation strategies you will follow and how you will ensure that they operate as an effective team. End your deliberations and brainstorm on what conflicts you might experience between team members and other project stakeholders and how you would handle such conflicts.
Once done, prepare a report in which you highlight the key items from your discussions under the following headings:
