– Two of your key project leaders are leaving at the end of the month
– Funding for the project has been reduced by 20% due to the downturn in income
– The Government is implementing new environmental laws which will require some redesign of your product to meet the new requirements
– A new competitor has entered the market is 20% cheaper than your price
