For this assessment task, you must read the event brief below, then produce the portfolio of documents specified, which are critical for the success of an event.
Submit this assessment in two documents:
1.WORD – Risk Management Plan and Communications Hierarchy Chart
2.EXCEL – Project Plan and Run Sheet (2 separate tabs)
