Your regional manager supports your work and has arranged for you to deliver a 30-minute presentation to the company’s leadership on a project your team has worked on for the past several months. The project involves researching store and business-level activities that positively influence financial results, along with recommendations on how to expand these activities across the organization to improve performance. You will be presenting your findings and recommendations to a group of approximately fifteen senior managers located in Walmart’s offices in Bentonville.
