Complete an assessment using an academic assessment instrument and an informal assessment (checklist and observation). This can be an instrument you find online or one you might be able to borrow at a school you might be working at.  You will use these assessments to determine the strengths and needs of the student and possible intervention strategies to help this student in their educational setting.   The assessments you plan to use must be approved by the instructor prior to conducting your case study.
Personal reflection. This will consist of a 1-2 pages of personal reflection on how learning about this student impacted you.
