DISCUSSION
Given the state of the ICT industry and the world in general, do we need more and stricter standards and regulations or less? When you think about your answer, consider the cybersecurity threats we have experienced. Consider your experience with interoperability and the ease of use of ICT technology today. Also, consider standards and regulations’ effects on innovation. What would we give up or gain if standards and regulations were increased or reduced?
