Advanced Computer Architecture
The CDA 5106 Advanced Computer Architecture course teaches students how to design and operate modern computer systems. Students in this course will focus on component subsystems of high-performance computers such as thread-level parallelism, pipelining, network-oriented interconnections, instruction level parallelism, instruction level parallelism, and memory hierarchy. In this course, students will study about some topics like superscalar processors, CPU design, architecture of modern computing systems, instruction sets and multiprocessors.
