Design of Program to Promote and Improve Classroom Management

 

 

You have invited teachers that are showing signs of stress and burnout due to classroom management and student behavior to a program that can support them and reinvigorate their teaching. Develop the following for this program:

1. An introduction that explains an overview of the program, the rationale for the program, and the intended audience for the program. It also includes information about how the program will be conducted, the length of time for the program, how participants will be invited or required to attend, what resources will be needed for the institution to produce and conduct this program, and why this program is worth the resources to produce and implement it for this educational institutions.

2. A section that clearly describes the goals and objectives of the program. The objectives should be outcomes for the participants that can be observed and measured.

3. A research section that includes a list of resources that can support teachers in their classroom management and reduction of stress and burnout attempt.

4. An outline of the proposed program that includes number and topics of sessions, concepts covered in each session, instructional methods used to deliver material and engage learners, assignments, learning activities, and formative assessment of learning in each section.

5. A outline of the program assessment, both during the program implementation and at the conclusion of the program. You may also want to include future assessment to determine long-term success of the program.
