Choose an organisation of your choice and conduct a comprehensive analysis of its resourcing and talent management strategies. The focus will be on critically evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies in promoting long-term organisational performance. Additionally, discuss the specific aspects such as talent management, succession planning, and recruitment and retention strategies.

You need to support your work with relevant theories, models and frameworks.
