Assignment Task
In this assessment, you are expected to have made notes on the lectures and readings up until week 3, which record not only the information in the readings and lectures but also your response to what you have been reading and learning. What surprised you? What attracted your interest? What did you find you disagreed with? (And can you explain that disagreement?) These types of notes made week-to-week would inform your reflection on the readings and lectures.
You are required to write a reflection on what you have been learning from the assigned readings, optional suggested readings, and lectures, covering the first three weeks of classes. You are expected to refer to a minimum of 3 readings plus Luke’s Gospel, which the lectures might assist you to understand. Do not refer to reviews or commentaries on the readings or the Gospel.
We are only interested in your own thoughts on what you read. There are no right or wrong answers when it comes to giving your own ideas about what you have read or listened to. The main thing is
1. To explain yourself well so that we can see that you have read and listened to the class material.
2. That you have made an effort to understand it.
3. And that you can form an opinion about its worth to you in the journey that you have begun at Excelsia.
